S.T.A.R.S. Receives Donation From Rotary Club of South West Queens
Press Release - Tuesday, April 15th, 2008Prima Pasta was brimming with excitement last Tuesday, April 15th, 2008. At their regular weekly meeting, the Rotary Club of South West Queens presented Striving To Achieve and Reach Success, Inc. (a.k.a. as S.T.A.R.S.) with a donation for $500.00. Stu Schneiderman, club president, stated "This donation is presented to you to assist in the service to the youth of this neighborhood. Keep up the good work." S.T.A.R.S. cheerleaders were on hand to accept the donation on behalf of all the groups of children that participate in the various youth activities at the center.
